When he’s not offering creative solutions to applicators you can find him shredding the slopes or trying his luck on the golf course.

Based in California with over 8 years of experience, Louie prides himself on creating the best training programs to help others thrive. Prior to joining the team, he honed his skills in the automotive industry which has given him a well-rounded approach to the work he does at Arlon. Matt is the most knowledgeable Technical Sales Manager you're going to meet, ever. With almost a decade in the industry Matt knows a thing or two about wrapping cars. A self-proclaimed nerd and big fan of the outdoors Matt keeps busy in his spare time by working on the house or his wheels. One of the biggest drivers for Matt is meeting likeminded people in the industry that have the same enthusiasm and sheer love for stickers as he does.
